About Your Instructor
Flora Caputo is an award-winning creative director and blogger turned pollinator advocate and author. Her blog and social spaces sharing her gardening and food passions drove curiosity and advocacy for the world’s pollinators, who are a necessary link in the global food chain. Their depleting numbers inspired Flora to write, hand-illustrate and publish her recent books, “Summer’s Flight. Pollen’s Delight.” and “BEE NATIVE! Flower Power”. She hopes “BEE NATIVE!” makes choosing and planting native plants less daunting for the everyday gardener, and in turn helps bring back pollinators.
