The Lions of Illinois Foundation Mobile Screening Unit Program has been traveling throughout Illinois screening for hearing loss and Retinal eye diseases.
Barrington Lions Club and Barrington Township have teamed up to offer this event to residents!
Present the appropriate form(s) upon arrival: Hearing Form and/or Eye Screening Form.
At this event, old tennis shoes for recycling will be accepted.
