The Village Board of Trustees has approved the agreement with Corrective Asphalt Materials (CAM) to apply the rejuvenator, known as reclamite, on the Village’s roads. This is not paving, but a treatment applied to the surface of roads in good condition to extend the life of the road.

Since CAM will be “in the neighborhood,” they have agreed to offer your Private Road the same cost per square yard as the Village. The exact cost and availability will depend on the individual road. If you are interested, please contact the Village for more information: info@vbhil.gov.

To be able to utilize this product, generally, only roads that have been resurfaced in the last six years, have not been sealed and show minimal signs of surface deterioration would be eligible.  Learn more about the product on their website.

This is a friendly reminder that you/your organization will be contracting directly with CAM. The Village is not recommending this company for your work, and in no way will be involved with any private contracts.

Please act quickly!
Any reduction in rates is because the contractor will already be working in our Village. If the program has been completed and all the machines have been removed, the costs would increase significantly if they have to remobilize.
