Reclamite Application on Select Village Roads to Begin Oct. 6

The Reclamite application on select Village Roads is anticipated to begin next week, October 6 through October 10, and may extend into the following week if weather conditions interfere.
Reclamite is a product designed to extend the life of pavement by sealing it from the elements. This penetrating sealer has been the most widely used pavement rejuvenator in the market for over 50 years. It helps minimize the need for more costly and disruptive street repair methods.
The product is sprayed on the road and then shortly covered with limestone screenings to reduce tracking. Roads can be driven during this time. The screenings will be swept up a day or two after the product is applied.
