Mane in Heaven Miniature Therapy Horses MINIATURE THERAPY HORSES will additionally be strolling through our Fest spreading joy and kindness! These minis, together with their handlers, are trained to engage, connect, and educate the public, making a lasting, positive effect on those they greet. Border Tails Rescue, a no-kill animal rescue and welfare organization dedicated to the rescue and adoption of stray dogs, will be bringing loving animals looking for their forever homes! They primarily work with rural shelters across the country with a unique focus on Mexico.

Its mission is to eliminate the need for euthanasia of these loving animals. Their hope is that through education, community outreach, and their spay-neuter program, the overpopulation of homeless dogs will be eradicated.
