Barrington Hills’ own Jill Zubak and Karen Selman started Barrington Hills Saddle Club last year to share their joy of riding and caring for horses.  Their inspiration for creating the Saddle Club was to provide experiences with horses for children who had limited or no experience with them. 

After finding a trainer who was wonderful with children, the Barrington Hills Saddle Club had their first, six-week session.  The response from the children and their parents was gratifying, and the Saddle Club had requests for additional sessions.  The rest is history!  Email zubak@att.net to reserve your child’s “saddle”!
