Clocks “spring” forward one hour on Sunday, March 8 at 2 AM.
Daylight Saving Time is a great reminder for everyone to change the batteries in their smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. For those that qualify, Barrington Countryside Fire Protection District will install a 10-year concealed battery smoke detector free of charge.
