Since joining the Village of Barrington Hills in 1997, Ron has dedicated 32 years to law enforcement, exemplifying unwavering service and integrity. He spent many years in investigation as a Detective and Supervisor, and in 2005 was promoted to Sergeant.

Sergeant Riedel has consistently worked to improve processes and efficiencies within the Department, leaving a lasting impact on the Department’s operations and team.
