Illinois has identified buckthorn as an invasive plant, but most private property owners don’t realize its harmful effect on surrounding trees, wildlife and landscapes.
Learn how to identify and remove this species, and about their replacement alternatives at this free workshop on Saturday, October 6th, beginning at 10 AM at Barrington Hills Village Hall, 112 Algonquin Rd, Barrington Hills, Illinois. This is a free event with no registration.
