Lake County Division of Transportation says to expect some temporary lane closures and minor traffic delays throughout the week due to water main relocation work, storm sewer installation and pavement patching on US Route 14, while earthwork will be occurring on Hart Road.  The end result will improve the safety operations of the at-grade railroad crossing on Hart Road and improve operations of the US 14 and Hart Road intersection. Additional updates include turn lanes on both north and southbound Hart Road, sidewalk updates, a multi-use path, and traffic signal improvements.
