It is with great sadness that we learned of the passing of Dennis Kelly, former President of the Barrington Hills Park District. Dennis was a devoted public servant whose dedication to our community never wavered. His commitment was evident, and his willingness to serve never came into question.
The Village of Barrington Hills could always count on Dennis’ sponsorship and assistance in helping to make the Barrington Hills Fall Festival a success.
