Weather permitting, the contractor plans to sweep and apply a prime coat very early tomorrow morning–Friday, May 9–on Spring Creek Road and then do the same on Buckley Road early Monday morning–Monday, May 12. The prime coat application is projected to be applied around 5 AM and expected to be drivable a short time thereafter.
