Register to receive COVID-19 Vaccination

Cook, Kane, Lake and McHenry Counties have launched website portals for residents to register to receive the COVID-19 vaccination. Counties are currently vaccinating healthcare personnel and residents of long-term care facilities (Phase 1A). Cook County is also currently vaccinating persons over 75 years old and non-healthcare frontline essential workers (Phase 1B).
