The Barrington Hills Police Department is investigating a trespass-to-vehicle incident that occurred this morning at approximately 3:38 AM in which two suspects entered an unlocked vehicle in the area of Old Hart and Oak Knoll Roads.

A review of Village ALPR cameras suggests that the suspects in this incident, as well as the previous night’s stolen vehicle incident, may have been driving a 9-FOOT UHAUL CARGO VAN BEARING ARIZONA REGISTRATION, as this vehicle was recorded within the Village, in early morning hours each day.

Further investigation also revealed that this same vehicle was used in an unrelated incident in another jurisdiction. If a vehicle matching this description is observed, please report it to 911 immediately. Thank you.
