Detective Ron Ruffin has served the Village of Barrington Hills since 2005 and has accumulated 28 years of law enforcement service! He has spent most of his career in investigations, where his strengths in critical thinking and practical, common-sense approaches have made him a trusted and effective investigator.

His thoughtful and thorough work supported the Department’s mission of professional service and community trust.
