Call QuadCom 9-1-1 Dispatch Services at 847-428-8784. In the case of a downed power line, dial 9-1-1.
Leaving an after-hours voicemail for the Village is not recommended, as it is heard the next business day. Please call QuadCom Police Dispatch directly.
ELECTRICITY OUTAGE READINESS AND SAFETY
–Flashlights with fresh batteries (no candles)
–Fully charged cell phone/laptop/tablet
–Non-perishable foods and pet food
–Water: one gallon of bottled water per person, per day without electric service.
**Our community is mostly served by well water. ComEd recommends filling a bathtub with water for sanitation purposes and to manually flush toilets.
