Residents living on private roads have asked about the road program pricing. The Village is currently in the midst of the bidding process so the contract has not yet been awarded but here are some key dates:

MARCH 18: BID OPENING

MARCH 22: ROAD & BRIDGES SPECIAL MEETING
The agenda to include a discussion of the bids received and may include a recommendation to the Board of Trustees.

MARCH 28: BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING
The agenda may include a vote on awarding the road program contract. Once the road program is awarded to a service provider, residents interested in resurfacing their private road will be emailed information to contact the provider directly. Interested residents should email info@vbhil.gov with the subject line: Private Road Paving.
