Plote Construction will have its subcontractor, Homer Tree Service, on-site Wednesday through Friday (11/20 to 11/22) removing trees from the R.O.W. of Hart Road south and north of US 14 (Northwest Highway).  In order to perform the tree removal, lane closures will be set up each day from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.  In addition to the lane closures, the Union Pacific will have Rail Road Flaggers on-site to assist with flagging within the railroad R.O.W.
