Notice of Public Hearing – 15N803 Old Sutton Rd.

Cook County has received a Special Use petition affecting property located at 15N803 Old Sutton Road, in a zoned R-1 Single Family Residence District, asking to operate a commercial truck parking business of 50 dump trucks, and if granted, to consider a variance to increase the allowable height of an accessory structure from 15 feet to 20 feet 2 inches.
